The entire National Operator Codes database can be downloaded from this page. Three formats are available:

• Flat files – CSV – This format allows selected tables to be downloaded in Comma Separated Value format, suitable for importing into spreadsheet software or data processing applications.
• Flat files – XML – This format allows selected tables to be downloaded in XML format, suitable for importing into data processing applications.
• MySQL format – This format is a MYSQL dump (.SQL) file that allows the full relational database to be recreated by the end user. It is intended for import into the freely available MySQL database software. Click here for instructions on how to import this data. (external link) Reports are provided as 'Stored Procedures' within the database.
